When signing up, your data is registered in Hotel- og Restaurantskolen's CRM system, YoungCRM, following the guidelines stated in this document:
Processing of personal data and purpose
The personal data you send will be processed by Hotel- og Restaurantskolen's HR and/or Marketing departments. The processing has the sole purpose of assessing whether or not we, currently or at a later time, can offer you relevant career and educational opportunities.Your personal information is processed confidentially, and only the necessary employees have access to your personal data and files.
Storage of personal data
Your personal data will be saved in a database in our CRM system. Even though you are not selected for the current career or education opportunity that you have shown interest in, we will save your information for a later potential opportunity unless you specifically have asked us to delete your information. Such a request should be made to Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. You always have the right to be informed about what information we have registered to your person, likewise, you always have the right to have any given information about you deleted. Like before, such a request must be made directly to Hotel- og Restaurantskolen.
Your rights
When registered with us you have the right to receive all personal information that we at Hotel- og Restaurantskolen collect and process. You also have the right to how how we process this information and for what purpose it was collected.In connection with our collection or receiving of your personal information, you will receive exact information about the processing of this information, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable laws.If we process incorrect information, you are entitled to correct them as long as the correction is accurate and legitimate.You are entitled to demand a deletion of the personal information that we do not have permission to process and you may file a request for such a demand if you believe that we hold such information without legitimate reason or consent from you. However, you must remember that we may be obliged or required by law to maintain and store certain information about you regardless of any requests made by you. In such cases we cannot delete all information.If you believe that we treat your personal information for marketing purposes and we are not entitled to do so, you may object to this practice. We are required to process your objection. You should note that you may have given consent to marketing, as described in the section further down.You are entitled to obtain a copy of your personal information in a format that allows you to transfer them to another provider or service. We can only provide personal information digitally, provided that they are available in such a format. We cannot assist in the fusion of personal information provided by a given service or software. We can reject requests that are unfairly repetitive, require disproportionate technical intervention (eg developing a new system or changing existing practices), affect the protection of other people's personal information or requests that would be too impractical (e.g. request information found as backup). If we process your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You should note that we may have other legitimate authorities allowing us to continue processing, and we reserve the right to this if it complies with the law. If you believe that we have processed your personal information in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation, or otherwise have acted in violation of applicable law, you may file a complaint with the data protection agency. Sharing of personal data
Hotel- og Restaurantskolen does not share your personal data with unauthorized 3rd parties. However, it does happen that Hotel- og Restaurantskolen utilizes affiliated companies or 3rd parties to act on Hotel- og Restaurantskolen's behalf. When accepting these terms and conditions you accept that Hotel- og Restaurantskolen, to the extent that is necessary, can share certain information with 3rd parties.

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. Except in these specific cases:

Their processing of your information is based on our instruction and the processing is done in accordance with our privacy policies and other initiatives relating to data security such as our data processing agreement.

We can share information with the public which cannot be used to identify an individual person. For instance we can share information with the public to show general tendencies about how consumer's consumption is divided.
Requirements for data
You are personally required to ensure that the personal data you submit are correct and fulfilling. You are requested not to submit sensitive personal data such as race, region, sexual orientation, and information about your health. You must be aware that when you apply for a position with us your e-mail address is your ID. We therefore suggest that you submit a personal e-mail address and not an e-mail address associated with your current job, or one that you share with other people. If any of your data or information changes, we strongly suggest that you update them in the system. This can be done by using the unique link in the bottom of any sent to you from us. The text in this link is "Manage your information". Hotel- og Restaurantskolen retains the right to delete any data, at any time if the guidelines above are not followed.
Security
All data is stored at our partners, YourCRM. The connection between your computer and YoungCRM's servers is managed following the industry standards in regards to encryption and other security measures.
Utilizing data for statistical purposes
The data you submit can be used for statistics with the purpose of improving the recruitment process for the user as well as Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. Your data can be stored for up to 5 years, where after only few anonymized data will remain for statistical purposes.
Changes
Our privacy policies will change from time to time. We do not limit your rights addressed in this privacy policy without your explicit consent. Any changes of this privacy policy will be shown on this page, and if there are significant changes we will make them visible in a more eye-catching fashion. (On some of our services we inform you of changes through your e-mail).
Consent and acceptance of the terms and conditions
If you accept the terms and conditions you are requested to tick the box to signify your consent after which we can receive and process your application.
